FluoroLine®4300 High Purity high molecular weight (HMW) PFA or “UAT-“ tubing
This Entegris tubing is extruded using 100% virgin high purity Dupont™ 450 PFA material. Test has shown it is ideal for ultrapure, high corrosive applications.
The tubing is compliant to SEMI Standard F57-0301. Silicon Connection keeps UAT- stock for standard wall tubing in ¼”, 3/8”, ½”, ¾”, 1” & 1.25” OD.
This UAT- grade is FDA approved for repeated contact with food (21 CFR 177.1550). These materials also meet the requirement for USP Class V1 and are USDA accepted.
FluoroLine®4400 High Purity high molecular weight (HMW) PFA tubing or “XAT-“ tubing
This Entegris tubing is extruded using 100% virgin high purity Dupont™ 950 PFA Plus material.
Test shows this grade of high performance resin has the highest resistance to certain specialised developers containing certain surfactants, and is ideal for ultrapure corrosive application (such as concentrated HCL & HF).
Silicon Connection keeps full range of XAT- tubing for standard wall tubing in ¼”, 3/8″ , ½”, ¾”, 1” & 1.25” OD.
All our PFA tubing comes with serialised laser marking which allows for 100% traceability.
In addition, we import PFA tubing in jumbo reel and cut locally to your required length, thus reducing wastage and freight costs for customers.
Our measuring meter are calibrated annually to ensure the length we supply is accurate to +/- 0.5%.
In addition, Entegris also extrudes PFA ESD Tubing with conductive stipes (which has option of either outside or inside of tubing).
This special tubing provides customers with a grounding path for electrostatic charges that may buildup during chemical flow.
