Accounts/Admin Assistant

 

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable
  • Overseeing purchase of office supplies such as stationary, packing materials, etc.
  • Invoicing customers
  • Updating Leave records, Medical /Dental Leave
  • Organising company events & celebrations
  • Mailing / postage / courier
  • Monitoring utility bills and printing/photocopier usage
  • Upkeeping of meeting room, pantry and reception area
  • Any other adhoc duties

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a GCE O-Level Certificate
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related working experience
  • PC-literate, proficient in MS Office (Excel/Words/Powerpoint/Outlook) & Sage 300 (accounting software)
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
