Omniseal® Polymers

The power of polymer becomes evident when you need a sealing, wear, or friction control solution. Comprised of spring-energized seals, rotary lip seals, bearings, piston rings and other components, these solutions are engineered for a variety of applications due to their broad versatility and reliability.

Spring-energized seals (polymer jacket + metal spring) are used in ultra-low friction and extreme hot or cryogenic temperatures.

Rotary lip or shaft seals are valued for it temperature resistance, self-lubrication properties, high wear resistance, and inertness to chemical attack.

Omniseal® Metals

If you need an axial, face, or custom design metal sealing solution, Omniseal Solutions is your right partner. These critical parts are specifically engineered for sealing control in challenging and extreme applications such as those seen in space and nuclear due to their elastic recovery or springback. They also come with a coating, plating or finish to take care of small imperfections in the mating hardware, enhancing seal performance.

Advanced Materials

Rulon® Fluoropolymers is for application requiring low friction, high wear life, chemical inertness, and extreme temperature / pressure properties.

Hycomp™ Composites are carbon fiber reinforced for strength, are mainly used in applications that require high temperature resistance, mechanical strength, or superior wear resistance.

Meldin® Polyimides & Thermoplastics are high-temperature polymers, are used in aviation, industrial, semiconductor, space, and life science. Omniseal thermoplastics are insoluble after curing and perform without external lubrication, extending part life or reducing weight.

PFAS-Free Materials are composed of different materials such as UHMW-PE or PEEK-based resins.
