Leadership Team

K.C. founded Silicon Connection in year 2000. Prior to starting Silicon Connection, he was a Senior Sales Engineer in Metron Technology (1997 – 2000) in charge of semiconductor material handling products. K.C. holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from National University of Singapore, and a Specialist Diploma in Semiconductor Technology from Temasek Polytechnic. He is married with 2 kids.

TM joined Silicon Connection in 2025, bringing with him over 38 years of diverse experiences in operations, manufacturing, customer program management, sales, marketing and business development in multitude of industry in EMS, Electronic Components Distribution, Semiconductor Manufacturing (Front & Backend) and OEM. In his span of work, he had covered China, India, South East Asia and Taiwan, directly and indirectly with the support of representatives and local teams.

TM holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic and a Graduate Diploma in Management Studies (Distinction) from University of Hull. He also holds a Diploma in Counselling Skills from Edith Cowan University, which he felt if he is to help others in need, it is better to be trained in helping skills.
